Amy Winehouse ordered to appear in Norwegian court?

We all know that Amy Winehouse was popped in Norway in October for possession for seven grams of marijuana. She paid the $725 fine and was sent on her way. Now, we’re hearing reports that she has to appear in a Norwegian court?
Two months later?
And it’s been said that Amy was tricked into signing a confession.
She’s due in court on February 29, 2008.
