Bow Wow plans to retire from rap, do acting instead?

Bow Wow has plans to retire from hip hop following the release of his eighth album, so that he can focus on acting. He’s only 21-years-old, so there’s plenty of time and room to grow. His seventh album, Pedigree, is set to hit stores later on this year.
But the young star says that he wants to pursue the big screen instead of rapping:
He says, “After the eighth album, I’m done. (I have) probably one more in me and that’s eight. Like, I’m one (album) behind Nas, and that’s crazy.”
He’s already going to be appearing in an upcoming episode of Entourage to show off his acting talents and says that he wants to be the next Will Smith.
Think he can make the crossover? I think the proof is in the pudding, yo. We’ll see.

And he should. That latest song of his ‘Marco Polo’ is the reason that I’m not impressed with a lot of hip hop/rap. It’s not creative, that video and song is juvenile and stupid. Seriously…a-stupid-song-and-video…next up Hide n’ Seek!!
