Jay-Z To Go To The Moon?

Apparently it’s Jay-Z’s mission in life to make the trek to the moon.

He has accomplished a lot in his career already, but says that he has one thing he’s got left to accomplish. When asked what that was, by Gotham magazine, he replied, “Go to the moon.”

Wouldn’t it be crazy if he actually performed a show on the moon? He could take Beyonce. No one has done it before. Maybe they would like it so much that they would stay? Hah! I kid, I kid…Or do I?

Seriously, he needs to hook up with Richard Branson for his first flight to the moon. It’s not like he can’t afford it, right?

Beyonce Confirms Malaysia Concert

Beyonce was set to play in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in November of 2007, but pulled the concert as a result of their strict rules for the way women dress there. The country does not allow women to show any skin from the neck down, which does not go well with her sexy outfits that she uses on her tours.

According to her official website, “Beyonce for the first time ever has decided to make Malaysia part of her ‘I am’ World Tour.”

She is set to play there on October 25, 2009 and no further details have been revealed. I guess she’s going to have to tone it down a lot!

Taylor Swift To Write A Song About Kanye West’s Stage Hijacking?

Taylor Swift is reportedly considering writing a song about Kanyeus Interruptus 2009.

Kanye West really made a douchebag out of himself when he hijacked her acceptance speech at Sunday’s Video Music Awards. He touted Beyonce’s video as the best of all time and left Taylor standing there, speechless.

When she talked to Ryan Seacrest this morning, she said that she might write about the incident, after she’s fully recovered from it.

She said, “Well, I think that in order to write a song about something, I have to have clarity and be completely sure and I’m not there yet.”

That would be funny. She should totally do that….and make it a pop song.

New Leaked Beyonce Song – ‘Control’

While we are all waiting in anticipation for tonight’s Video Music Awards to see how Beyonce fares, we’ll have this newly leaked song, titled, “Control”.

Check out the new track by Beyonce, it’s dance-y and has some synth to it. I like this one. What do you think?

Rumor Busted: Destiny’s Child Are Not Reforming

I know, I know, we were ALL looking for to any possible reunion for Destiny’s Child.

Michelle Williams took to her Twitter page to correct the rumors. She was quoted by News Of The World to have said, “We’re sisters, we love each other and we want to work on the future of Destiny’s Child.”

She tweeted this:

I NEVER SAID DC is getting back together. Just bcuz I said we love each other and are sisters….they took that quote ran with it! Sorry!

And there you have it. Rumor busted, once more. Sadness ensues. I blame Beyonce.

Are Destiny’s Child Reuniting???

Rumor has it that the ladies in Destiny’s Child are getting back together. I don’t believe it for a minute, there have been previous rumors suggesting the same thing, but I’ll believe it when I see it.

News Of The World is dubbing it the reunion that the “world is waiting for”, but will it happen? That’s my question.

Michelle Williams reportedly said, ‘It definitely will happen. We’re sisters, we love each other and we want to work on the future of Destiny’s Child.”

As much as I want it to happen, I still stand by what I said, I’ll have to see it to believe it.

Beyonce Is Performing At The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards?

I’ve just heard a nifty little rumor that Miss Beyonce Knowles is said to be performing at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards!

Are you excited?

According to one of her dancers, Ashley Everett, she’s rumored to be among the performers for the show. The show airs September 13, 2009 at 9pm EST.

Also said to be performing are Katy Perry, Cobra Starship, Lady Gaga, and Ne-Yo.

On a side note, this picture was taken when Beyonce and Jay-Z were in Croatia. After this set of pictures were snapped, Bey and Jay’s bodyguard got into a brief altercation with the local paparazzi. One of the snappers actually threw his tripod at the bodyguard, who then chucked it into the water.

Beyonce Wants To Get Pregnant After Her Tour?

According to sources, Queen bee Beyonce wants to have a baby after her “I Am…Sasha Fierce” tour is over.

Beyonce has said, “I think I’ll have a child when it’s supposed to happen. Right now, I’ll be on tour for a year and, you know…”

According to her official website, her tour appears to be over on November 24, 2009. Maybe afterward, her and Jay-Z will hook up and bring a baby Jigga into the world?

Beyonce Doesn’t Like To Be Photographed From Behind

While performing, Beyonce gets all worked up with her routines, and she sweats. She doesn’t like photographers to pass around the sweaty pictures of her, so she’s banned having her picture taken from that angle.

While on her “I Am…Sacha Fierce” tour, Beyonce has put that as her number one rule.

An insider says, “Beyonce’s costumes are so tiny and her choreography is so complicated that inevitably she sweats. It looks pretty gross, so no one is allowed to shoot her from that particular angle anymore.”

I guess I can’t really blame her. Can you?

Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, & Beyonce To Perform At Michael Jackson’s Funeral

According to sources, we’re hearing that an all star lineup of Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Beyonce, and Whitney Houston are all set to perform at Michael Jackson’s memorial tomorrow.

The memorial is set for tomorrow morning at 10am PST at the Staples Center. Tickets were made available to the public free, via a random drawing. 1.6 million people reportedly registered for the event. Tickets had already been sprouting up all over eBay, reaching from hundreds of dollars to thousands before being yanked.
