Eminem To Reunite With D-12
According to sources, rapper Eminem is set to reunite with rap troupe D-12 for a new album, their first in five long years.
In a new interview with Rap City, Eminem said that him and the D-12 guys will be hitting the studio soon to record some new tracks.
He said, “Me and the guys, we got a bond, it’s special. It’s like, as far as the future of D-12, we’re gonna be back in the studio soon.”
He also added that this is what he thinks late rapper Proof would have wanted, saying, “I think this is what Proof always wanted…For …read more
Bruno’s Eminem Face-To-Butt Collision Was Staged
It was hard to tell, but sources are claiming that Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Bruno” stunt on Eminem was staged. Bummer, I was hoping that it was real. So was Kathy Griffin, apparently.
Head writer for MTV, Scott Aukerman confirmed the news via his Tumblr account, but subsequently removed it. He said, “Yes, the Bruno/Eminem incident was staged. That’s all anyone wants to talk about, so let’s get it out of the way. They rehearsed it at dress and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show then.”

There’s not going to be a Stan sequel for Eminem

Eminem says there won’t be a sequel to his hit song Stan from The Marshall Mathers LP. And his reasoning is really the best answer to why, and so obvious. He says that in the song, Stan drives himself off of cliff, so he’s dead. There’s not going to be a part two.
Of the rumors that he was going to be working with Swiss Beatz (which would be cool) on a Stan sequel, he says, “I haven’t worked with Swizz on this album. There isn’t a Stan 2, and there won’t be. Stan …read more
New Eminem: “I’m Having a Relapse”
October 16, 2008 by Roberta
Apparently, Eminem has released a new single, called, “I’m Having a Relapse.” I’m not sure if this is the finished cut, but it’s definitely Em. And I haven’t heard this one before. I don’t think it’s comeback material, do you?

Eminem is the best rapper alive?
Vibe magazine has announced the winner of it’s first Best Rapper Alive tournament, and it’s unsurprisingly, Eminem!
I can see how they would select him for the honor, he’s a great rapper and one of my favorites. After tallying 920,000 votes, Vibe has come to the conclusion from the readers that Eminem deserves the title. But what about Dr. Dre? Without him, Eminem would still be just Marshall Mathers. I mean, sure, he hasn’t done anything in ages, but he was an iconic rapper.
Who would you have voted for, for best rapper alive? How …read more

Super Producer Mark Ronson has said that he would like to do a collaboration with Eminem, if the opportunity ever presented itself. It had been rumored that Eminem is working on new material and Mark says that he’s a huge fan of the rapper and that a collaboration could be a possibility.
Mark says, “I’m really excited about his comeback. I’d love to work with him. I wouldn’t rule out doing a duet with anyone.”
I think it would be interesting to mix the two styles, don’t you? But, I say that, too, because …read more

Eminem is reportedly ready to release a new album this year!
Em says, “I’m concentrating on my own stuff right now -just banging out tracks. The more I keep producing, the better it seems I get. I start knowing stuff, learning the boards like the back of my hands.”
A rep for Interscope says that there is no official release date nor a first single, but it confirms that the record “may” come before the end of the year.
Eminem is my favorite rapper and I can’t wait to hear his new album.

Death metal band Deicide have topped a new list of bands whose music is played to military prisoners in Iraq. They must be so proud!
The Florida group finished ahead of AC/DC, Eminem, and Metallica on this list, from reports, interrogation logs, and personal accounts.
Deicide drummer Steve Asheim says of the accolade, “It’s cool. If we’re up to military standards of audio abuse, it makes me feel like Deicide’s doing our part for the troops.”
They’re happy that they’re music is being used to torture people?
