Stone decided to take her frustrations out on Allen after Allen spearheaded a campaign against illegal file sharing. Stone insists that artists should just accept that they don’t need to earn a lot of money to enjoy what they’re doing. She added that Allen only started the campaign so that she could earn the brunt of her money on CD sales, instead of live concerts.

She said, “She needs to sell records because she’s not a singer, and that’s not an offense to her because I think she knows that, too. I think she’s a performer and she’s more of a personality than she is a singer. But I think when musicians are really making real music, people come to the show and that’s what we make our money from, from playing live. And I think it’s probably harder for an artist like Lily and any other pop acts. It’s really about the track and about their personality and their celebrity and that’s how they make their money is selling those records….Who said that musicians have to be millionaires? Who made this a rule? We don’t need that much money. We just don’t. We only need enough to make music and to eat and to go on tour.”

She says that she has no intention of recording a followup to her second album, “It’s Not Me, It’s You.” She recently said that she would be starring in the stage production of “Reasons To Be Pretty” and would not “record and tour again for quite a while.”

Confirming the news on her new blog, she said, “Just so you know, I have not renegotiated my record contract and have no plans to make another record. I do however remain a fan of new music, so this is not some selfish crusade. The days of me making money from recording music has been and gone as far as I’m concerned, so I don’t stand to profit from legislation. Except future purchases of previously recorded material.”

Moss is still unsure as to what she wants to sing for Simon. A source said, “It’s a toss up between a sexy Marilyn Monroe style ‘Happy Birthday’, or her specialty Lily Allen’s ‘Not Fair’, which she has been practicing with her friend Lily.”

The celebration is set to take place at Hertfordshire’s Wrotham Park, with a reported 400 celebrity guest list.

She said, “I think the way I behave is normal for someone my age and in my situation. I know a lot of guys in bands who go to awards ceremonies and get into the same sort of states that I get myself into, and that’s not negatively reported on. So it feels kind of unjust.”

As far as drugs are concerned, Lily added, “I think as long as you’re not being malicious and you’re not hurting people then you should not be ashamed of what you do. I’ve taken drugs. I found them and find them fun and I don’t think I’m a bad person because of it.”

She is said to be starring in a play in London after being offered the lead role in “Reasons To Be Pretty”.

She says, “I’m not going to record and tour again for quite a while. I finish up my gig dates in March and I’ll be ready to do something else. I’ve been on the road for four years and I’ve given my voice a real run for its money. I’m struggling, so I’m going to try something new.”

She’s already signed up for acting lessons and is preparing for her debut in the play.

You go girl. I’d love to see Lily doing something different and this seems like it’s right up her alley. Kudos to her for branching out.

I kind of feel like, ‘Oh, I’m just fading.’ I don’t feel I am in competition with all the other girls. She recently spoke of her plans to give up music to become a mother, as soon as she found a rich man to marry. She said she wants a house in the country and a walled in garden with some farm animals.

To which Perez said this, “Bad idea! BAD IDEA! We foresee the afternoon that Lily gets so drunk, she confuses the playpen for the pig pen and her baby has to waddle in mud for hours before someone notices!”

Lily is striking back! She took to her official Twitter page to say this, “what an evil b*stard, i hate this man. someone better watch themselves” and this, “And yes, that is a threat.”

And, having been closely involved with the creation of the trinkets, she is delighted with the results, saying: “I’m really pleased with all of the designs, we worked hard on getting them exactly how we wanted them from choosing the right chain length and thickness to deciding what should be in gold and what looks better in silver. I do love the animals though – the pandas are fantastic.”
