Snoop Dogg bans his kids from rapping

Snoop Dogg has banned his children from following in his footsteps to be rappers. The star wants to work with 13-year-old Corde, 10-year-old Cordell, and seven-year-old Cori, and can’t wait until they are old enough to tour with him.
Wait, what? This doesn’t make any sense. He wants them to tour with him, but bans them from rapping?
Snoop has no intention of letting them rap themselves. Thanks for the clarity there, Snoop.
He says:
“As they get older, my kids can travel with me much more. What would I say if one of my kids wanted to be a …read more

Jay-Z’s new 40/40 club failed inspection?

Jay-Z’s New Years Eve plans may have fallen to the wayside when it was rumored that his new 40/40 Club didn’t pass health and safety inspections. It was said that he was going to ring in the New Year at this new branch.
An insider told Perez Hilton this:
“Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won’t be able to go on with their New Year’s Eve party plans.”

Eminem’s mom writes a tell all book

Mother of rapper Eminem, Debbie Nelson, is now claiming that he made up his difficult childhood in order to be successful in the rap music business. Her book is called My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem.
In the introduction she writes, “After his first album, Infinite, flopped, he reinvented himself as white trailer trash with a crazy welfare mom. I was shocked when I first heard the lyrics, but he constantly reassured me it was all a big joke. I went along with it for Marshall’s sake.”
Nelson has been attacked both physically and mentally by her son’s fans …read more

Whaaaat a punk.

So, the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West’s mother (Donda West) before she died was asked to be on Larry King, and he agreed. Meaning, he should have actually…well, completed the interview. You know, since he said yes and all.
Dr. Jan Adams got to the show, sat down, and then said nevermind I don’t want to be on the show.
His actual words were, “I think I’m taking up your airtime, but I will not be on the show.” You THINK you’re taking up airtime? Hmm, okay. Larry King is just as confused as myself …read more

Too sad.

Rapper Kanye West’s mother Donda passed away on Saturday. She was only 58 years old, and was very close to her son. As expected, he’s taking the news pretty hard. If you have it, now would be a good time to listen to the song “Hey Mama” that he wrote for her, in memory of a wonderful woman who will always be remembered.

Busta’s been a bad boy.

Busta Rhymes is in T-R-O-U-B-L-E!
From assault, to drunk driving, to driving with a suspended license, Busta Rhymes has definitely pulled a Paris Hilton times twenty.
Just today, in court, Rhymes rejected a plea bargain that would provide him with a one year prison term. So now, he’ll be having four different trials for each crime he’s committed.
Have fun with that, Busta.
