Despite recent reports that she may have had a relapse, Amy Winehouse was in tip top shape at today’s V Festival.

She took the stage with The Specials to perform “You’re Wondering Now” and she was looking so much like her old self.

After Beastie Boys rapper Adam Yauch revealed that he has cancer, the group had to cancel some tour dates to allow him time to deal with the illness.

Of those concerts, the rappers canceled their performance at the All Points West Music & Arts Festival in New Jersey on July 31, 2009. Jay-Z is set to take their place at the festival and is scheduled to appear alongside Tool, Coldplay, and others.

According to sources, the popular Glastonbury Festival might be put on lockdown until the Swine Flu virus goes away.
Organizers say that the recent outbreak of swine flu may cause the cancellation of the festival should the virus reach pandemic level.
A festival spokesman confirmed the news and said that they’re holding emergency talks to discuss the best way to manage the situation.

The show is taking place this weekend in California. Already lined up are The Killers, The Cure, Paul McCartney, Morrissey, M.I.A., and Leonard Cohen.

Rumor has it that Lady Gaga has been asked to perform at Glastonbury this year. The event takes place on Somerset’s on Worthy Farm in June and Gaga said that she can’t wait.
She says, “I can’t wait for the festival season. Especially muddy Glastonbury. I love all that. I played the Lollapalooza festival in America and actually before anybody knew of me as an underground songwriter and pop musician I was quite frequently naked and tripping on acid with my friends.”

Scarlett Johansson is hinting around that she might do some festival dates in support of her album of Tom Waits covers. Run!!
She says that the only thing that might keep her away from the stage is her stagefright:

Good Charlotte rockers Benji and Joel Madden are set to pay tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Smurfs at this year’s Coachella.
And guess who’s joining them? Queen herp herself, Paris Hilton!!
The three of them will be among the celebrity DJs performing at The Smurf Village, which is located close to the Coachella site in the California desert.

It’s that time again, folks. The Vegoose Music Festival in Las Vegas has just announced their lineup for 2007 (taking place from October 26th-28th)!!

For those of you on the West Coast, if you haven’t been to the High Sierra Music Festival, you should really check it out.
Basically, it’s just one huge hippie fest, full of bluegrass music and camping. Good, good times.
