Cypress Hill Is Making A Comeback

Cypress Hill are reportedly back in the studio to record their first album in five years. They are planning to sign a deal to release their new album on Suburban Noize Records.

B-Real says, “We’re mixing right now. It’s gritty. It’s aggressive. It’s like hip-hop straight up. We just felt like we needed to go back to that raw, gritty hip hop sound but try to find a way to bridge it with what’s going on now.”

The group split from their former label, Columbia Records, in 2004.

Can’t wait to hear what they have in store for us. For now, have some old school Cypress Hill:
