Did Amy Winehouse make a suicide pact with Blake?

Amy Winehouse is set to be questioned in the case against her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, regarding the charges of assault and perversion of justice.
Amy has reportedly vowed to kill herself if she is parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence.
A source is quoted as saying: “Amy has had her problems but she is really teetering on the brink. She has hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they are both handed lengthy jail sentences she is determined they will end it together rather than face five years apart.
“She can’t live without Blake and her family are worried sick. This could finish her off. She isn’t strong enough for prison life.”
If you didn’t do anything wrong in the case, then why would you say something this stupid?
