Does Gwen Stefani have baby fever?

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were out in the Soho district of London, yesterday. It’s being rumored that Gwen has baby fever and may be looking to give little cutie Kingston, a brother or sister.

They make cute babies, they should have another one!
