J. Geils Band To Reform For Two Shows In Michigan

The J. Giels Band are set to reform for a couple of shows in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan.

Singer Peter Wolf says not to get too happy as the shows won’t kickstart a full blown reunion, but they’ve been planning to help promote his solo album, which is set to hit stores this summer.

He says, “The Geils shows are exciting. They are a part of my life that I love and that I treat with great respect. But the solo work also is another part of my life that I also treat with great respect.”

His solo album features Merle Haggard and Shelby Lynn.
