Korn guitarist Brian Welch is planning on releasing his debut solo album on September 9th, titled, Saving Me From Myself.
He says the album chronicles his life, as well as his struggles with drug addiction, leaving Korn, and discovering spirituality.
Talking about the lead single Flush, Welsh said it is “a perfect way for me to come back into the music world because it’s basically about flushing all the crap in life down the toilet and starting out fresh - exactly what I’ve been doing for the last few years”.
He added that his lifestyle before was “total insanity” and that he was “just glad I’m not dead”.
