Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes is releasing an album?

Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes will be remembered with her final 12 tracks that will be released on a new album, titled, “Eye-Legacy”. The album is set to hit stores on November 11th.
Lopes passed away in 2002 as the result of a car accident. She was most remembered for being a part of TLC and burning her then-boyfriend Andre Rison’s mansion to the ground. Her family wants her to also be remembered as a solo artist. In conjunction with with the family, Mass Appeal Entertainment is releasing this album to showcase her abilities as a solo performer.
The Lopes family said in a statement: “We hope people understand the message in Lisa’s music and appreciate her as not just a member of TLC, but as a solo artist as well. This album is Left Eye’s musical gift to her fans and adds to the beauty of her legacy.”
The album also features songs with Chamillionaire, Lil Mama, Missy Elliott, and Tupac!
