Work Hard, Play Harder sounds too much like Jealous Again by the Black Crowes?

The Black Crowes’ Chris and Rich Robinson seem to think that Gretchen Wilson took too much from their song Jealous Again, for her song Work Hard Play Harder.
I haven’t had the chance to listen to the crap that Gretchen spews yet, but I can tell you that I’m a big Black Crowes fan, so I hope they sue the pants off of that heffer.
I’ll post the songs when I get home from work.
Their manager says this, “We find the musical verses of Wilson’s song to be such an obvious example of copyright infringement that I expect all parties to reach a relatively quick resolution to avoid legalization.”
Heh heh. Get ‘er BC!
Mom, if you’re reading this, mwuahahaha! (Mom is a fan of country…yech)
As promised, here is the video for Jealous Again:
And the video for Gretchen Wilson’s crap:
I can see where they might think it’s been sampled, but I couldn’t sit through the whole thing. Sorry guys, love ya, but not that much…lol
